Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.

How it all started:
Luella Isabell Hall born February 20th 1919 in Memphis Tennessee parents Robert and Luella Isabell. Robert Isabell owned multiple successful businesses in Memphis.
Luella took great joy in helping people from all walks of life mostly migrant workers. For over fifty years, it was her commitment to help others in need. Luella died in 1997, accidentally of hypothermia at the age of 80 years old. Luella's youngest son of ten Marshall was one of the last to see has mother alive and was the first one to find his mother outside on that dreadful January day of her death. It has been hard for him but he keeps going the best he can thanks to his will power and All Mighty God.
Marshall Hall founded the United African American Relief Foundation in 2005, eight years after his mother's death. In 2005, he turned her caring generosities into a legally recognized charitable organization. Marshall's life purpose is to help others stand tall and be strong through the hard times that life may bring our way.
Marshall knew around age 11 or 12 being around his mother, he would be in the charity field one day. The foundation will promote the important values of healthy living, healthy mind and having an education. Awareness of a healthy lifestyle and developing yourself through education provides a quality of life. We will highly promote the need of academic education, focus on staying in high school and going to college.
