The United African American Relief Foundation is currently working on building and providing a year-round country youth camp for under-privileged
youths. The camp will be located and surrounded by farmland. The camp will be open to youth located in Northern Illinois. Our goal is to assist
underprivileged youth through education and leadership gain the tools needed for a better path of opportunity in today’s world. All of the campers would
stay for one week in the summer and weekends during the winter months. The camp will have paid and volunteer staff.
The campers would have the benefits at our youth camp of educational programs such as nature conservation, building trades, mechanical repair, food
service, college preparation, health and fitness education. They would experience recreational activities such as full fitness gym, basketball court, open
field space for multiple sports use, go-carts, four –wheelers, swimming, canoing, row boating, paddle boats, fishing, arts & crafts and nightly campfires.
We will strive to make the youth camp one of the best experiences for every camper that has the opportunity to participate. All youth campers would have
adult supervisors, and our charity would help with some transportation cost.
In order for UAARF to achieve these goals of raising 1 to 1.2 million to fund and purchase our youth camp, having the support of your goodwill generated
by your kind donation would be greatly appreciate. But most importantly it is to assist the underprivileged youth through education and leadership to gain
the tools needed for a better path of opportunity in today’s world.
