Marshall T. Hall Sr., was born on May 28, 1957 on the shores of Lake Erie, outside of Buffalo, New York.
He is the youngest of 10 children; 6 older brothers and 3 older sisters. He is the father of one daughter
Petra L. Hall and the father of one son, Marshall T. Hall II. Petra graduated in May 2009 with a four year
nursing degree, and has a good job in her field. Marshall's son attends the University of South Florida
located in Tampa and will become a lawyer. USF is the 9th largest University in the country with 46,174
students. Marshall Sr. Attended Jamestown Community College, Jamestown, New York. He studied at
Bryant & Stratton Business Institute in Buffalo, New York. He earned a fitness training certification from
International Sports Sciences Association of Santa Barbara, California in 2004.  

Mrs.Violet Carreres, 1912-2000 Marshall's kindergarten teacher was an important teacher in his life. He
thinks of her still today. She also taught famous author Dale Carnegie during the 1950's and was the head
teacher at "Jack's School", the school for the children of the New York Yankees Baseball team during their
spring training camps in Clearwater, FL. Among her favorite students was Yogi Berra Jr., son of the
baseball legend. Mrs. Carreres was a charter member and past-president of the Daughters of Union
Veterans of the Civil War.    

At age 18, Marshall went to acting school in Hollywood, California. The stay was memorable and
educational. Most memorable time in Hollywood was walking through the front gate of Paramount Studio.
The guard at the gate did not stop him. He called home to tell his mother the story.

Marshall was a standout athlete in football and basketball. He spent some time playing semi-pro football. He
also had a chance to try out for the Buffalo Bills at age 21.Chuck Knox, coach of the Buffalo Bills, was also
a friend of the family. Currently Marshall works for the Charity and operates Charity Hand Car Wash &
Detailing
. Previously Marshall owned and operated six separate restaurants and two personal fitness gyms.   
                                                                                                                                                        
During his mid-twenties in Buffalo, New York Marshall showed his support during a Martin Luther King
rally. An editor of a local newspaper took his photo while he waved the peace symbol proudly. This photo
showed up on the front page of an international newspaper. From this began a new life for Marshall. He
obtained a press pass from this news organization and began photographing several entertainment celebrities
in America. He took over 75 different celebrities' photos and still holds on to the negatives to this day. Some
of the photos include: Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross, Prince, James Brown, Rick James, Smokey
Robinson, Irvin Magic Johnson, Eddie Murphy, Miss America Vanessa Williams, Frank Sinatra Jr, Sugar
Ray Leonard, Lionel Richie, Harry Belafonte, Diana Ross, Wilson Pickett, and Ray Charles. Please refer to

Marshall's family is also part of world history. His grandfather, Robert Houston Isabell, his mother's father,
was a Pullman Porter. He worked for the George Pullman Luxury Palace Sleeping Car Company. He also
was a friend, and fellow union worker, of Mr. A. Phillip Randolph. Mr. Randolph was the President of the
Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters Union at the time. After Mr. Pullman's death in 1897, Mr. Robert Todd
Lincoln, son of President Abraham Lincoln succeeded George Pullman as President of the Pullman
Company until 1911. Grandfather Robert worked under Robert Todd Lincoln and A. Phillip Randolph.
Robert Isabell became a very wealthy man in the early 1900's, owning multiple businesses and land with his
wife Mrs. Isabell. Marshall's other grandfather Mr. Layne Hall is listed in the 1996
Guinness Book of World
Records,
as one of the oldest licensed drivers in the world. Mr. Layne Hall was born on March 15, 1880.
He drove a Cadillac and a Ford pickup truck until his death in 1990. He actively lived and drove until the age
of 110 years old. He was married to Mrs. Ada Hurd Hall.
