About Us
How it all started:
Luella Isabell Hall took great joy in helping people from all walks of life for over sixty years, that was her commitment
of helping others help themselves. Luella died in 1997, accidentally of hypothermia at the age of 80 years old.
Marshall Hall, founded the United African American Relief Foundation in 2005, eight years after his mother's death.
In 2005, we turned her caring generosities into a legally recognized charitable organization. Marshall knew around age
11 or 12 being around his mother, he would be in the charity field one day.
Primary goal:
The foundation will promote the important values of healthy living and having an education. Awareness of a healthy
lifestyle and developing yourself through education provides a quality of life. We will highly promote the need of
academic education, focus on staying in high school and going to college.
Eligibility Criteria:
The foundation will use U.S.Government low-income guidelines. All low-income service recipients must show proof that
they are low-income.
Program Limitations:
Services are provided to individuals and families who are American citizens that live in poverty. The citizens of
America have many needs that are over looked. Our foundation will work hard to help as many people as possible.
Funding:
Comes from grants, fund raising, public contributions, and services we offer. Make a donation to help those less
fortunate. Let's give hope and help to our brothers and sisters in America. As Americans we must all do our part to help.
Did you know most charities in the United States have assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Make your donations to small charities.
