About Us
How it all started:
Luella Isabell Hall took great joy in helping people from all walks of life for over fifty years, that was her commitment
of helping others help themselves. Luella died in 1997, accidentally of hypothermia at the age of 80 years old.
Marshall Hall, founded the United African American Relief Foundation in 2005, eight years after his mother's death.
In 2005, we turned her caring generosities into a legally recognized charitable organization. Marshall knew around age
11 or 12 being around his mother, he would be in the charity field one day.
Primary goal:
The foundation will promote the important values of healthy living, healthy mind and having an education. Awareness
of a healthy lifestyle and developing yourself through education provides a quality of life. We will highly promote the
need of academic education, focus on staying in high school and going to college.
Funding:
Comes from grants, fund raising, public contributions, and services we offer. Make a donation to help those less
fortunate. Let's give hope and help to our brothers and sisters in America. As Americans we must all do our part to help.
Did you know most charities in the United States are big business having assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Make your donations to small charities.
